Booking and Refund Policy

• All baking classes must be booked in advance.
   
• Full payment (or a stated deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
   
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
   
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
   

In accordance with California consumer transparency standards, all cancellation terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund or class credit.
   
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class, or failure to attend (no-shows), are non-refundable.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days, as required by California law.

• Participants may request to reschedule to another class date subject to availability, provided notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
   
• Class spots may be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.
   
• Rescheduling or transfers requested after the stated deadline may not be accommodated.
   

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.
   
• We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation).
   

• Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.
   
• Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and makeup time or refunds will not be provided.
   

• Participants are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the class.
   

• While reasonable precautions are taken, baking classes take place in a shared kitchen environment, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free space.
   

• By booking a baking class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Refund Policy.
